Turnaround is normally within 24 hours. You'll receive online access with a password to download and share your favorites for the post-production selection.

After we receive and confirm your submitted favorites, production usually takes 2–3 business days until your edits are ready to preview and download.

Mainly Neil Jou is the photographer and videographer. Given our production volume, we also have assistants — trained by Neil — who help manage and execute each project as photography and videography support.
